Current Captains and Vice-CaptainsThis Section deals with who currently has the higher positions within soul society. Shinigami are NOT to leave the divisions or the Seireitei without permission or orders from a Captain or Vice Captain. You cant simply run off whenever you like and start buying ice cream or picking flowers out in the human world at random.

Division INo special duties have been noted for the 1st Division, other than their Captain being the Commander-general of the Gotei 13.

Division IIThe Captain of the 2nd Division also leads the Special Forces, the 2nd Division's duties are also directly tied in with the Stealth Forces missions and goals. At this time, it is known that the Captain is in charge of the Executive Militia, the Lieutenant is in charge of the Patrol Unit, and the 3rd Seat is in charge of the Detention Unit.

Division IVThe 4th Division is the medical/supply division. They are responsible for both treating the injured and doing most manual labor such as cleaning Seireitei. The 4th Division is further divided into teams that have specific assigned jobs.

Division XIThe Eleventh Division is the melee combat Division with a specialization in swords-only combat, forgoing the other Shinigami arts. A common theme for the Captain of the 11th Division is to take on the name Kenpachi.

The Bingo Book of HollowsMods and Admins will occasionally create their own Special Hollows and add them here for others to hunt if they wish, of course its up to you to try to attack the Hollows or not if and when they appear. Each Hollow varies in strength so be careful who you choose to go after. Also, having a partner helping you out wouldnt hurt either.

The Spirit World (Soul Society)

The Seireitei Seireitei (瀞霊廷; lit. court of pure souls) is in the center of Soul Society, a circular shiro with four main entrances, each guarded by a Gate Guardian. The walls are made of deathstone, a material known to sap all Reiryoku, similar to magnetic lodestones. The deathstone also forms a spherical barrier around the city, preventing anyone from entering anywhere other than the four gates. This stone also prevents the ability to gather Reishi underneath your feet to walk in the air whist within Seireitei. The majority of the residents of Seireitei, nobility and Shinigami alike, do not interact with the citizens of Rukongai.

The Ruling 46The Central 46 Chambers serve the Shinigami royalty (the ruling class of all Soul Society). They are made up of 40 wise men and 6 judges, selected from all of Soul Society. They are sealed into an enclave in Seireitei called Seijōtōkyorin which no one else may enter, regardless of their military or civilian status. They serves as a supreme judiciary and legislative that is second only to the royal family. They are responsible for judging and sentencing Shinigami who have committed serious crimes, such as murder or treason. Punishments for less serious crimes may be given by other authorities, such as Shinigami captains. The decisions of the 46 Chambers are final and unquestionable, regardless of what the decision may involve. The Shinigami enforce order in Soul Society as a sort of executive and military branch. Another duty of the Central 46 is the execution of capital offenders.

RukongaiRukongai (流魂街; lit. wandering soul city) is the largest portion of Soul Society and the most populated. It is divided into 320 districts (80 in North Rukongai, 80 in West Rukongai, etc.), each numbered in descending order on how far they are from the center; this results in the higher-numerated (and farther) districts decaying into slums. Thus, while District 1 is peaceful and lawful, much like the antiseptic lifestyle of early-Edo Era Kyoto, District 80 is a hardscrabble, violent, crime-infested area that more depicts Heian era Kyoto.

The Forest of MenosAn undergound territory equally as vast as the sands that lie far above it, the Menos Forest is the source of the the tiny branches of crystalline trees that poke through the Arenas Blancas. Gigantic, hulking trunks of the "trees" make this area a dark labyrinth of many horrors, and the rocky crags and caves in some areas give more powerful Hollows lairs and vantage points from which to track their prey. Most Hollows below Menos Medio level cannot hope to survive here without constant danger.

Urahara's 24/7 ShopDrop in on Urahara's Yumekoto-Branch Shop for all your Soul Society needs. He has everything that you could ever want, even if some of his items are slightly contraband. Besides, who wouldn't want to see an eccentric hermit that wears a beach hat, wooden sandals, and carries a cane-sword? Lately, has been experincing a slight boom in business, and the inventory has been steadily expanding... Though it hasn't become any less shady then it was at the start.

Dangai DistrictThe western most area of Karakura. This place contains all the living spaces for the citizens of the city. Its like a mini-town within the city. Shops and vending carts litter the sidewalks with smells and sights. Underneath this all though, there are rumored to be dozens of odd tunnels and spaces underneath, and also the occasional hollow lurking about....

Vizard WarehouseA "home" of sorts for the surviving vaizards, a place they were lead to by Kisuke Urahara during soul societys purge of all Shinigami/Hollow hybrids. It is here that the Vaizards find a safe haven from both the persecuting Shinigami of the Soul Society and the aggressive, battle hungry Arrancar of Hueco Mundo.
